Project Goals

The primary objective of this project was to replace a rigid, outdated third-party template with a modern, highly flexible master framework. By bringing the initial design process in-house, I needed to create a foolproof system that could be handed back to the third-party developers to streamline future rollouts and eliminate ongoing asset delivery issues.

  • White-Label Scalability: Design a fully adaptable framework allowing for seamless colour and typography swaps to quickly launch future brands.

  • Asset Delivery Overhaul: Establish a simplified, standardised asset process ensuring that supplied graphics work perfectly on the first attempt, every time.

  • SEO-Driven Content Areas: Introduce expanded, dedicated layout sections specifically designed to house SEO-rich text and assets, boosting organic search visibility without disrupting the core gaming experience.

  • Modernised Layouts: Replace the outdated structure with a fresh, engaging design that better showcases the games and elevates the overall user interface.

  • Operational Autonomy: Regain control over the visual output, empowering the internal team to define the brand aesthetic rather than relying on restrictive third-party limitations.

Conversion & Layout Strategy

To resolve the limitations of the restrictive third-party templates, a completely new, high-converting digital foundation was engineered. The primary objective was to build an adaptable architecture that prioritises maximum player acquisition across all devices. By strategically structuring the layout to instantly surface welcome bonuses, prominent trust signals, and the expansive game library, the design effortlessly guides high-intent users from their initial visit straight through to successful registration.

1. Mobile Hierarchy

With mobile players driving 75% of traffic, mobile performance was the primary focus. The updated layout prioritises immediate value, ensuring welcome bonuses and promotions are highly visible upon landing. The design then naturally cascades into engaging slot game displays, allowing players to instantly understand the offering without unnecessary scrolling.

2. Desktop Architecture

The outdated third-party templates heavily restricted content placement. I introduced a robust, well-structured desktop environment that balances visual appeal with commercial strategy. This new layout seamlessly integrates dedicated, SEO-optimised content areas alongside game features, clear welcome offers, and prominent safety and security trust signals, creating a comprehensive and reliable user experience.

3. Conversion Funnel

To maximise player acquisition, the updated UI completely streamlines the user journey. By establishing an intuitive navigational structure, the framework effortlessly guides visitors from quick registration to exploring the expansive slots library. Transparent payment options and secure checkout flows are integrated smoothly, removing friction and providing absolute peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Game-Focused & Asset Delivery

Moving away from outdated and restrictive layouts, the new framework was designed to place the gaming content at the very centre of the user experience. By modernising the interface and completely overhauling the creative pipeline, the internal design team regained full control over the visual output, empowering them to define the brand aesthetic without relying on third-party limitations.

To instantly capture player attention, the outdated structure was replaced with a fresh, engaging design. The layout naturally cascades from welcome offers directly into vibrant slot game displays, allowing players to dive straight into the action without navigating complex menus.

To maximise player retention, a dedicated space for the loyalty programme was woven into the core layout. By prominently highlighting daily prizes and ongoing rewards, the UI continuously incentivises return visits and ensures users are always aware of their progression.

3. Asset Integration

To manage the expansive library of third-party game graphics, the framework incorporates strict, uniform image containers. This ensures that diverse thumbnails and promotional banners from external providers automatically scale and crop perfectly. By eliminating manual resizing, the system maintains a polished, consistent grid across the platform.

White-Label Scalability

While delivering an engaging front-end was paramount, the core backend architecture needed to support a rapid, multi-brand rollout strategy. The system was engineered from the ground up to allow five or more unique white-label casino brands to deploy from this single master template. By shifting away from rigid, manual setups, the framework drastically reduces future deployment times while ensuring full structural integrity across every launch.

  • Dynamic Theme Styling: The framework is built around a centralised global styling engine. By mapping colour palettes directly to the core CSS variables, the entire user interface automatically adjusts to reflect the chosen brand's identity instantly.

  • Unified Typography Rules: To support unique brand aesthetics, font pairings can be swapped globally without breaking the pre-built layouts or misaligning section headers.

  • Standardised Asset Injection: Dedicated image containers guarantee that brand-specific logos, promotional headers, and custom banners automatically adapt to the underlying grid system.

  • Multi-Brand Autonomy: This robust framework empowers the business to scale its network confidently, allowing the deployment of distinct platform aesthetics from a single, optimised codebase.

Typography & Palette

To support a highly adaptable, multi-brand ecosystem, the visual foundation was engineered for ultimate flexibility. Because the master template was designed to be rolled out across five or more distinct casino brands, a single static style was not viable. The overarching goal was to establish a universal structural baseline that ensures maximum legibility across all devices, while allowing the unique identity of each individual brand to shine through effortlessly without breaking the layout.

Rather than locking the framework into rigid pairings, the typography system is completely dynamic. The architecture allows each brand's specific fonts to be seamlessly injected into the global stylesheet. The underlying grid ensures that any chosen typeface scales perfectly on mobile screens without compromising the core design.

The framework was strategically built around a flexible 4-colour scalability system. By mapping a new brand's core colours to the global variables, the entire user interface updates instantly. This ensures every interactive element feels authentic to the brand while maintaining the master template's structural integrity.
